At The Sensory Zone, respite care is all about fun with friends and purposeful play! Kids get to explore sensory activities, dive into arts and crafts, and join in on games and field trips — all while paired with a 1:1 buddy or playing in a small group. Every moment is designed to spark their senses, build cool new skills, and create awesome memories. 🎉 It’s the perfect mix of fun, friendship, and learning — and parents get a chance to recharge, too! 💜

Do you have CLTS?

Tell your Case Manager that you're interested in respite care at The Sensory Zone.

Have your Case Manager complete your child's prior authorization for respite care and email it to respite@sensoryzone.org

On your Child Information Form, let us know you have CLTS, and we'll work with your Case Manager to bill CLTS for your respite time.
Don't Have CLTS?
You can pay $22/hour for your child to join the fun at The Sensory Zone, and their play pass is included. Pay at the Sensory Zone upon drop off at your chosen date/time.

No call No show fee
We’re so glad kids are excited to spend time with our Hangout Buddies and camp staff! To make sure every child has the best experience, there will be a $25 fee per child for any scheduled respite or camp day they do not attend.
We understand that life happens — excused absences include illness, emergencies, or unsafe driving conditions. If your child will be late or absent, please call or text us at 608.640.8432 (respite cell phone) as soon as possible.
